Formada como atriz, bailarina e diretora de teatro. Trabalhou com diretores como Andrzej Zulawski, Bruno Nuytten e Tran Anh Hung antes de formar-se em estudos cinematográficos. Dirigiu o longa "Elle et lui au 14ème étage" (2000). Dirigiu ainda os médias-metragens "L’homme que J’attends" (2003), "Love & Transmission" (2005) e "La Nuova Vita" (2007). "Estrela da Manhã" (2013) é seu segundo longa-metragem.

In the following years, she directed the medium-length features "L’homme que J’attends" (2003), "Love & Transmission" (2005), and "La Nuova Vita" (2007). "Morning Star" (2013) is her second feature film.
