Nasceu na França em 1973. Estudou história e ciências políticas em Paris. Começou sua carreira como atriz, mas logo começou a trabalhar com roteiro e direção. Em 2010, seu primeiro curta-metragem, "Tout le Monde Dit Je t’Aime", foi premiado em Cannes. Dirigiu ainda os curtas-metragens "Fille Modèle" (2011), "Le Pays Qui n’Existe Pas" (2012), e "La Contre-Allée" (2014), e codirigiu o longa-metragem "French Touch: Mixed Feelings" (2019).
