Nasceu em Zurique, Suíça, em 1985. Mudou-se para a Cidade do México em 2007, onde trabalhou como tipógrafo. De 2009 a 2014, trabalhou em Berlim com cinema e teatro antes de estudar cinema na HEAD (Haute École d’Art et de Design) em Genebra. "À Noite Todos os Gatos São Pardos" é seu primeiro longa-metragem.
