Nasceu na Argentina em 1987. Estudou na Universidad del Cine, em Buenos Aires, e depois na Le Fresnoy, na França. Realizou curtas-metragens como “Pude Ver un Puma” (2011), “El Ruido de las Estrellas Me Aturde” (2012), “Que Je Tombe Tout le Temps?” (2013), “Tôi Quên Rồi!’ (2014) e “Parsi” (2018), exibidos e premiados em festivais como os de Cannes, o IndieLisboa, o de Mar del Plata e o BAFICI. O primeiro longa-metragem de Williams, “O Auge do Humano” (2016), venceu o Leopardo de Ouro na seção Cineastas do Presente do Festival de Locarno. Ele também realizou o filme “Un Gif Larguísimo” (2022).

He made short films like “Could See a Puma” (2011), “The Sound of the Stars Dazes Me” (2012), “That I’m Falling?” (2013), “I Forgot!” (2014) and “Parsi” (2018), screened and awarded at film festivals like Cannes, IndieLisboa, Mar del Plata and BAFICI. His first feature film, “The Human Surge” (2016), won the Pardo d’oro in the Filmmakers of the Present section at the Locarno Film Festival. He also made “A Very Long Gif” (2022).
