Nasceu em Porto Alegre. Realizadora, roteirista e produtora, começou a carreira no cinema como diretora dos curtas “Messalina” (2004) e “Hóspedes” (2008). Realizou os longas-metragens “Mulher do Pai” (2016), exibido no Festival de Berlim e premiado na 40ª Mostra, e “A Primeira Morte de Joana” (2021), exibido no Festival de San Sebastián.
