In a small Polish town, a worker decides to buy a camera to record the birth of his daughter. His boss finds out and decides to enlist him to film some scenes of daily life at the factory. He films everything that moves, with a slight touch of comedy, following his superiors to the bathroom or orchestra members collecting their pay. Gradually, he delves into personal and social issues, becoming a witness to the most diverse events in his town.
