Following a carefully elaborated plan, a group of young filmmakers gets a copy of a film that incriminates a well-known industrialist into his hands. Accidental witness to a crime of passion committed by the businessman, the group has a powerful weapon in their hands. Through blackmail, they force him to take measures that favor the working class. They get what they want, but the industrialist, with the help of his family members, fakes a kidnapping and involves the police in the search for a possible terrorist organization, named "Bandera Rota". The massacre is inevitable, but a copy of the film is saved, leaving the industrialist in the same situation of danger.
Seguindo um plano cuidadosamente elaborado, um grupo de jovens cineastas faz chegar às mãos de um conhecido industrial a cópia de um filme que o incrimina. Testemunha acidental de um crime passional cometido pelo empresário, o grupo tem nas mãos uma poderosa arma. Por meio de chantagens, eles o obrigam a tomar medidas que favoreçam a classe operária. Conseguem o que querem, mas o industrial, com a ajuda de seus familiares, forja um sequestro e envolve a polícia na busca de uma possível organização terrorista, batizada de "Bandera Rota". O massacre é inevitável, mas uma cópia do filme é salva, deixando o industrial na mesma situação de perigo.
