Enquanto os protestos de 2019 em Hong Kong irrompem do outro lado do estreito, Zhong-Han, um jovem de vinte e poucos anos, leva uma vida dupla em Taiwan —trabalhando em um restaurante familiar durante o dia e convivendo com um grupo de gângsteres locais à noite.
