Rivaldo Torres e Teodoro Xavier são poetas e amigos de infância. Eles lançam um livro com uma festa no centro de São Paulo e convidam a mais variada fauna humana para o evento, incluindo um suicida em potencial salvo por Torres, cafetões, prostitutas e desocupados, além do editor e de parentes dos autores. Enquanto ocorre a festa, o filme recua até o final da década de 1950, mostrando o início da amizade dos protagonistas.
Rivaldo Torres and Teodoro Xavier are poets and childhood friends. They release their book with a launch party in downtown São Paulo and invite a variety of characters to the event, including a potential suicide victim saved by Torres, pimps, prostitutes, and homeless people along with the editor and the parents of the authors. As the party unfolds, the film rewinds back to the late ’50s, showing the beginning of the friendship between the authors.
