Sinopse
Iiris Vaara tem 30 anos e vive no mundo dos sonhos do cinema, obviamente esperando por um grande amor que a tire do turpor e a faça vivenciar fantasias mais palpáveis. Tal como nos filmes a que ela assiste obsessivamente. Não causa surpresa a ninguém o fato de ela se apaixonar por um jovem diretor de cinema, com um sorriso de lobo, que sabe responder perfeitamente aos anseios de Iiris, não deixando escapar nenhuma “deixa” nos cinematográficos diálogos que trava com ela. Mas o que acontece quando o estoque de sacadas espirituosas acaba? E também começa a ruir a ilusão de infinita inteligência que ela creditava à pessoa amada? A pobre Iiris verá então girar ao redor de si um dramático turbilhão de emoções, envolvendo seus sentimentos e o de todos seus amigos mais próximos.
Iiris Vaara is thirty and lives in a world of dreams of the cinema, obviously waiting for a great love that will release her from lethargy and afford her more palpable fantasies - just as in the films she watches so obsessively. Nobody is surprised when she falls for a young film director with a wolf?s grin who knows how to correspond perfectly to her yearnings, never missing a chance in the film-like dialogs he engages in with her. But what will happen when the stock of witty repartee comes to an end? And when the illusion of infinite intelligence she credits her beloved with begins to fray? Poor Iiris is then to witness a dramatic whirl of emotion involving her feelings and those of all her closest friends.
