Arrigo Barnabé conceived the music and screenplay about Clara Crocodilo, public enemy number one, who awaits execution in the state penitentiary. He is set to be executed the following day; thus, the underground station Rádio Interferência eloquently narrates Clara's story. Strange characters enter the scene. An Umbanda ritual (despacho) is prepared to help the outlaw. He manages to escape and vanishes into the city's alleyways.
