Sinopse
Mr. Catra, também conhecido como Wagner Domingues Costa, é um dos astros dos bailes funk no Rio de Janeiro, uma das principais formas de diversão daqueles que moram nas favelas e na periferia da cidade. Autodenominando-se “O Fiel”, Mr. Catra canta o cotidiano das favelas, a guerra entre as gangues e a polícia militar, o sexo e a esperança no futuro. Aos 36 anos de idade, Mr. Catra comanda uma vida familiar com suas “esposas”, mães de seus nove filhos, e com uma dúzia de fiéis namoradas.
Mr. Catra, also known as Wagner Domingues Costa is one of the stars in Rio de Janeiro funk dances that are one of the main sources of amusement for those who live in the favela shanty towns and on the outskirts of the city. He refers to himself as "The Faithful One”. Mr. Catra sings of day-to-day life in the favelas, of the permanent battle between gangs and the military police, of sex, and hope for the future. At the age of 36, Mr. Catra is head of a family of "wives", mothers to his nine children, with a dozen faithful girlfriends, true to him alone.
