Nasceu em Lavagna, na Itália, em 1952. Iniciou a carreira como assistente de Michelangelo Antonioni, com quem trabalhou em filmes como “China” (1972), “Profissão: Repórter” (1975), “O Mistério de Oberwald” (1980), “Identificação de uma Mulher” (1982) e “Noto, Mandorli, Vulcano, Stromboli, Carnevale” (1992). Na trajetória de Enrica atrás das câmeras estão “Lux Orientis” (1992), documentário sobre São Francisco de Assis, “To Make a Film Is to Be Alive” (1995), making-of do filme “Além das Nuvens” (1995), e “Con Michelangelo” (2005), sobre o trabalho de Michelangelo Antonioni como pintor. Ainda para Antonioni, produziu “Kumbha Mela” (1989) e “Sicília” (1997), além de ter assinado a colaboração artística dos últimos filmes do cineasta italiano: “Além das Nuvens”, “Eros” (2004) e “O Olhar de Michelangelo” (2004). Enrica também foi curadora de exposições das pinturas de Michelangelo Antonioni.

She began her career as an assistant to Michelangelo Antonioni, with whom she worked on films such as “Chung Kuo: China” (1972), “The Passenger” (1975), “The Mystery of Oberwald” (1980), “Identification of a Woman” (1982) and “Noto, Mandorli, Vulcano, Stromboli, Carnevale” (1992). In her career behind the camera, she made “Lux Orientis” (1992), a documentary about Saint Francis of Assisi, “To Make a Film Is to Be Alive” (1995), making-of of the film “Beyond the Clouds” (1995), and “Con Michelangelo” (2005), a film about Michelangelo Antonioni’s work as a painter. Still for Antonioni, she produced “Kumbha Mela” (1989) and “Sicilia” (1997) and signed artistic collaboration for his last films: “Beyond the Clouds”, “Eros” (2004) and “Michelangelo Eye to Eye” (2004). Enrica also curated exhibitions of Michelangelo Antonioni’s paintings.
