It’s Sunday and Alexandre, an esteemed writer, is getting ready to leave the house he’s always lived in once and for all. He finds a letter from his wife, Ana, describing a summer’s day 30 years ago. And so Alexandre begins a strange journey where past and present blur into one. Living vicariously through his books alone, there are moments of happiness in his life that he let get away. Moments he wishes he could have again for a day. Or forever. While re-evaluating his life, Alexandre is given the chance to experience something new when he helps an Albanian child get across the border.
Domingo. Alexandre, um grande escritor, se prepara para deixar definitivamente a casa em que sempre viveu. Ele encontra uma carta de sua mulher, Ana, que fala de um dia de verão há 30 anos. Assim, Alexandre começa uma estranha viagem, onde o passado e o presente se misturam. Vivendo somente por meio das palavras que escreveu nos livros, ele deixou escapar alguns instantes de felicidade em sua vida. Alguns momentos que gostaria de ter de volta por um dia. Ou por toda a eternidade. Enquanto reavalia sua vida, Alexandre encontra a possibilidade de vivenciar uma nova experiência, ao ajudar um garoto albanês a cruzar a fronteira.
